Charlie and Caranna are a great team. Charlie’s 25 plus years construction experience and Caranna’s design expertise are a fabulous combination when building a custom home. Their specialty sub-contractors (range hood, mantles, closets, mudroom etc) are amazing and resulted in fine and unique accents for our home.
Charlie was very respectful of our budget and we did not deviate from that significantly. He was also very diligent about making “something right” if it wasn’t up to custom home standards. After we moved in and a couple of wrinkles took place, he jumped right in and fixed what was wrong. He didn’t disappear!!
They were both very patient with us as “newbie” home builders. It was a huge renovation project and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Charlie and Caranna are great people who we now call our friends…
