Williams Renovation
The Williams family saw the need to renovate the main floor of their traditional home built in the 1980’s. The existing kitchen didn’t meet their family’s needs, and did not flow well to the Dining and Family Rooms. The Master Bathroom was also in need of an update, and the Williams wanted to better utilize their backyard by adding a roof to their existing raised patio.
They consulted with an architect and plans were drawn. O’Melveny Brothers was called in to quote the project and construction began. By opening up walls, completely gutting the kitchen and master bathroom, adding all new cabinets and a massive kitchen island, re-finishing the existing hardwood floors and moving some windows, the first floor of this home was transformed into an efficient space that will serve the Williams family for many years to come.

Testimonial:

“We recently worked with O’Melveny Brothers Custom Homes. My husband and I tackled a first floor renovation of our new home which included a new kitchen, master bathroom, wall removal and a large roof structure added over an existing patio area.
Throughout the renovation process Mr. O’Melveny met all set deadlines while keeping a tidy job site. He was at our home daily to oversee all aspects of construction from start to finish.
Overall, his professionalism stands above other contractors we have used in the past. We have recommended him to several friends and would use him in the future for any construction needs that may arise.”
Sincerely,
Mary Margaret Williams
